I am a freelance writer and journalist. I work with clients from a wide range of business sectors, producing copy for Web sites, and for publications including marketing brochures, annual reports, and detailed business proposals.

I worked for seven years at a national newspaper, managing a creative team of permanent and freelance staff. I worked on projects ranging from creative development, advertising and copywriting, supplement design and editorial, advertising and marketing concepts.

Working under the intense pressure of daily and weekly newspaper deadlines, I – and the team I managed – produced work of a consistently high standard.

I am a skilled and experienced writer and journalist, with a high level of competence in all areas of publishing – from commissioning through to print management. I am familiar with most publishing technologies and I make sure that I keep up to date with new technical developments.
